Why Electrical Bros?

Clear standards, real support and room for good people to grow.

  • Career opportunity

A clear path from A-Grade to lead electrician, team leader and beyond, earned on performance.

  • Professional culture

People who back each other, take pride in the work and enjoy doing it together.

  • Modern systems

Digital job management in Ascora and AI-assisted workflows, so less of your day goes on paperwork.

  • Varied work

Faults, emergencies, switchboards, compliance, maintenance and more. Few weeks look the same.

  • Operational support

An Operations team that schedules, supports and keeps your day moving.

Your career can grow here

A realistic path for people who perform. How far you go depends on what you bring, not on how long you've been here.

  1. Step 1: A-Grade Electrician

Own your jobs from the first call to the final check, and build broad technical capability across varied work.

  2. Step 2: Senior / Lead Electrician

Take on the complex jobs, set the standard on site and help newer electricians and apprentices improve.

  3. Step 3: Team Leader / Service Lead

Lead a team or a service area: quality, coaching and the customer experience.

  4. Step 4: Senior Operations / leadership

Help run how the business works, from its systems and people to how it grows.

And as the business grows: broader group leadership opportunities, up to General Manager.

What moves you forward

Progression here isn't about time served. It's based on:

  • Performance
  • Technical capability
  • Customer service
  • Communication
  • Accountability
  • Leadership
  • Contribution to the wider team

From operations or support?

Operations and support roles keep every job moving. Tell us about your experience.

Express your interest in operations

Roles and pay are agreed individually. This shows the paths open to people who perform, not a promise of a particular role or timeline.

We invest in good people

We want good people to develop and stay, so we put real support behind them.

  • Paid training to keep building your skills
  • Paid relevant tickets and certifications
  • Coaching and performance feedback
  • Technical support when a job gets complicated
  • Leadership development for people ready to step up

Built on modern systems

We invest in systems that help good tradespeople spend more time solving problems and less time fighting paperwork.

  • Digital job management in Ascora
  • AI-assisted workflows
  • Better quoting and job-review processes
  • Team huddles and continuous improvement
  • A say in how the business grows

Job notes and photos still matter. The systems make them quicker and more useful; they don't make them disappear.

More ways to earn

We don't publish generic salary figures. We'd rather talk about what you bring.

  • High performers are recognised and rewarded.
  • Take on more responsibility and create greater earning opportunities.
  • Paid after-hours work is available for team members who want additional earning opportunities.

More than one type of job

Real variety builds broader capability. Depending on your role and skills, your work can include:

Service and maintenance

  • Residential electrical maintenance
  • Property management work
  • Lighting and LED
  • Fans
  • Appliances
  • Smoke alarms

Faults and emergencies

  • Electrical fault finding
  • Emergency electrical work
  • Make-safes
  • Insurance diagnosis and repair

Safety and compliance

  • Switchboard upgrades
  • RCD / RCBO and safety work
  • Electrical compliance

Commercial and new technology

  • Commercial electrical work
  • Air-conditioning electrical work
  • EV charging
  • Smart-home and home functionality work

Not everyone does every type of job. The mix depends on your role, your skills and your licences.

See some of the work: emergency call-outs, fault finding, switchboard upgrades and property management work.
